Have you ever witnessed someone at work, in life making decisions with much confidence and ease and thought WOW, they really know what they want! Guess what? You can know yourself too!
Set aside 5 mins each day to write down a question you would like to know about someone. Write it down and then answer it for yourself. The more curious you get about who you are, the more confidence you will have in knowing what the right choice for you looks and feels like. You can start out with something simple and easy to answer then as you get to know yourself more and more, ask bigger questions or questions you wish others would ask you.

What are your favourite colours/foods/books/movies?
What was your most favourite holiday so far?
What builds trust for you?
What is my intention for today/this hard conversation?
What signs does my body give me when I am Happy?
What do I feel in my body when I am angry?
What have you wanted to ask for but have hesitated to get the words out?
List the things that made you happy as a child?
Who are the happiest people in your life?
What are the things that you are really good at?
What would you be doing if you had all the skills?
